The band

5th Element have been gigging since 1998. There have been a few changes of line-up since then, as you’d expect, although our Neil is an original member.

Essentially, we’re 5 people who each do very noisy things and like to get together a couple of times a week to be even noisier, often in public.

And in case you were wondering, the name has nothing to do with Bruce Willis. If you ask Neil why we’re called 5th Element, he’ll look at you strangely and say slowly: ”Cos there’s 5 of us…’
